Helena von Eschenhof was the foundation bitch for the ‘von Nymphenburg’ kennel. Bred in Germany this was an important foundation bitch not only for her owner Iris Krummel, but also for the breed in Germany as a whole. Helena was an elegant but powerful bitch with a squarely built body. In the character, she was an outstanding specimen, passing her Schutzhund III 38 times, and was also 4 times a participant on the DV Working Championships (where even to qualify once is recommendation enough). She was the High in Trial at several working trials and also passed the Korung for life.

Breed specialist Ottmar Vogel considered her a ‘dream bitch’ – an invaluable brood bitch for the breed. Due to her good conformation standard and truly outstanding character and working abilities.
